THE BODY CORE METHOD on the Reformer
Body Core is not your typical Pilates studio. Our 50 min. full body, high intensity, low impact workout fuses elements of cardio, strength training, and Pilates inspired movements. Our efficient and effective classes will make you sweat, shake and sore.
A full body resistance training session that focuses on building long and strong muscles while challenging your stability, improving your flexibility, and perfecting your posture. We layer in all the spice, infrared heat, and use an array of props, to give you the ultimate boost in your performance.
